If some people are so upset about the F----- WORD that Tommy used, then you should have been at a wrestling match in Barrie several weeks ago, when they pulled the trunks off of two wrestlers and not a jock on to cover their privates.  Yes I agree that Tommy should have been a little more considerate, But when you have a favourite like Quesnelle take a guy out. Go Figure,.:::  Further to that if a driver can not get his car under control from where they first made contact, then he should not be so aggressive to hit a guy that was legally up beside the car and come down on hit to put him out.  Like I said before Quesnelle had a feud to settle and he did it and not very sportsman like.
If you are so upset about the words used, never , ever take your kids to a hockey game and sit behind the teams bench. Also take your kids out of school are it is used a lot amongst the students. Plug their ears before going out with them..

As someone mentioned swearing in the players bench at hockey games or in the Dugout of a baseball game. I have heard a lot worse then the F word being used there.

You have to remember one thing, these are not huge events like Nascar Races where Nascar will take action and fine the driver for the language or misuse of a middle finger out the window. I'm not siding with what he did but in the heat of the moment people say and do bad things and it is a part of the sport. Image drivers driving around in circles with no emotion for what they are doing.  If you want that type of racing a toy race set is the best bet. OK I'm joking about the race set.

In hockey , baseball , football etc they penalize you or throw you out of the game if you start screaming profanities at the officials so as to discorage that type of behavior and i think that may have been the appropriate action here . Having someone joking and being accidentaly over heard by others cussing is one thing but if i ever go to East Side Mario's and the waitress starts screaming obscenities at the top of her lungs in a fit of rage i would  have to reconsider if that is a place i want to to take children  .

Well for all you sunset or should I say Funset fans it's nice that you have something to chat about now!!!   I'm not Pro Stompin' Tom nor am I anti Stompin' Tom,  But  he always puts on a show good bad or indifferent.  I'm sorry your grandkids had to hear that but please you tree huggin' types have already tried to kill hockey leave racing alone,  if you want them to see cookie cutter drivers then I suggest you limit them to the likes of Gordon, Johnson, Kahne and others that never speak the way they really want.  Local Saturday night short track racing usually cosists of the odd profanity leaving somebodies mouth!!  I mean do you have any idea how much most of these teams/drivers pour into this hobby, the amount of money time and passion is second to none for most involved  the run a fine line during competition and it's not uncommon for almost all of them to cross it at some point!!  Although I don't agree with some things Tom does, he is a hard nosed competitor that wears his heart on his sleave and that can sometimes lead to somewhat inapropriate langauge, but in my run ins with Mr. Walters I've found him very easy to approach and helpful to any new comer young and Old!!  It was a frustrating night  the track sucked and that VHT or whatever they put down is a hazzard there's almost zero grip and if your thinking bout going into the second lane I suggest otherwise!!  I guess what I mean to say is if you don't understand the game don't voice your opinion until you have a firm understanding of it!!  I can understand your dismay but if you want people who always speak polite I suggest the Ballet!!!  cause I've even heard Golfers/Tennis players curse!!  Anybody who lays it on the line everytime they compete is bound to have the odd one slip out!!!!   
Heck I even seen sunsets  "Lady Byng"  LM driver throw a nudge Saturday sometimes you just gotta do what ya feel ya gotta do!!

P.S.  Tom Walters has more car feel in one hand then most guys do in thier whole body, the man can drive,  even I can admit that!! and if you want a good show he's the one you want!!
