The video was great, but what you don't see because of the angle was Quesnelle doing everything in his power to keep the car under control after Tom hit him on the back stretch, that was the reason for the spin.
If you have a issue with this talk to the track or don't take your kids to a live event. Simple.
We are talking about heat of the moment stuff here. People never get mad and say the F word and there kids are around? Man this has happened many times with my daughter around. It just happens.
I love these posts. When you go to a sporting event you can hear something you may not seem is appropriate for kids. Hockey they fight not great for kids, Players swear all the time, heard this in many sporting venues. If you want to protect your kids from this, watch things on TV and turn the TV off when you see a fight.
Your can try your best to not have your kids hear this but they have most likely heard the F word in school or at home.
Not saying he was right for using this language and yes he should be aware there are kids in the stand but I don't think he would come up to you out side of racing and say the F word right in front of you and your kids.
I was at East Side Mario's yesterday and a waitress was swearing and joking with a cook. I didn't say anything as my daughter didn't seem to hear it and if I called someone over it would bring more attention to it and see would question it. What I'm doing is going to call the manager and let him know that they should be more carefull as it is a family restaurant.
Sorry but i don't need anyone let alone some driver in his late 50s screaming the F word in front of my grandchildren sitting in the stands . As i said Mr Walters has lots of driving talent but the guy is low rent to say the least.
In hockey , baseball , football etc they penalize you or throw you out of the game if you start screaming profanities at the officials so as to discorage that type of behavior and i think that may have been the appropriate action here . Having someone joking and being accidentaly over heard by others cussing is one thing but if i ever go to East Side Mario's and the waitress starts screaming obscenities at the top of her lungs in a fit of rage i would have to reconsider if that is a place i want to to take children .
