You think thats a slap in the face Thayne? That fing idiot couldnt even get my name right in the thank you section on the web site. My name is Tye WILLIAMS not Tye HODGSON!!! He couldnt even be bothered to look at the employee sheet all staff had to fill out for him at the beginning of the season, and whats even funnier is he had plaques made for all staff with their names and thank you wishes. He keeps calling me to come pick it up and cant understand why I dont want it!!!!! This is one employee who wont be back next year for any amount of money!!!!! He definatley needs to be nominated for the tool of the year award, even though he should win it hands down!!!!!!!!!!

I can vouch for it.. Tye is one of the good guys. When he raced he raced clean and fair. When he moved into the tech department he never caused any waves and got along well with everybody. If you wanted to run a business with good people in your corner Tye would be the guy.
It is a sad day when I hear things like Fred leaving and now Tye not coming back.
What would you expect. People are going to come back when you treat them bad and careless what they have to say.
That is bad. getting the guys name wrong on a plaque to thank him for his hard work. You would think a guy in business would use the payroll names to make them. He will probably blame someone else for it but I wont buy it, if you saw the mistake which I don't think he did as he wanted to give Tye the plaque at the banquet.
So what is the count of people not going back to the track next year?
