Well it could be held at like Cayuge where there is no advantage!
So all you'd be doing would be making some sort of two race championship between the APC 300 and the Oktoberfest 100-lapper (assuming they go back to that format..?)

2 times per year...one mid-season at sunset...end of the year at barrie.
Set the heats up like this
10 cars per heat.
Heat 1
Front row....P1=Barrie 5th in points, P2= Sunset 5th in points
Row 2........ P3=Barrie 4th in points, P4=Sunset 4th in points
Row 3.........P5+Barrie....and so on down to first in the points starting back row.
the fans can see the equivalent of the other tracks driver in the same ponts position...everyone lines up beside one another....the home track gets the inside lane
Heat 2
Front row....P1, +Barrie 10th in points, P2=Sunset 10th in points
and so on until 5th place in the points from each track starting in the back row
Heat 3 dash for cash $100
10 laps....the 3 highest 3 finishing drivers from each trackso that nobody is taking anyone out from the other track to make the dash.
Feature line up based on points accumulated in the heats...NO INVERT

Every driver in every division including those not attending get 50 points toward their season championship,
If any driver does anything dirty to another one his or her 50 points will be taken away and they will recieve no money. all races will be videotaped for review in case the flagman misses something brutal.
an all star race doesn't need any a-hole driving nobody should lose their car while representing their track at an all star event. No BULLSH*T...NO FIGHTS!!!

I like the idea username. I think the Chargers and 4 funs would be a little impossible to do tho as the chargers are FAR more advanced than those death traps.
ya i hear you but they might be comparable in speed...but we could do 3 divisions.
it would generate a tonne of hype and it will be a good night for both tracks...probably entice them to line up their rules a little more....i bet if they were to work together some more it would benefit everyone and it would give those in places 8 to 12 in each division something to strive for for the last half of the season if a championship were out of the question...
