And this isn't exactly accurate. It will be the 9, 10, 19, 43. Apparently it was incorrectly reported earlier that Petty cars would not be involved.

Petty sold his majority in June to a company called Boston Ventures.

It is a mess but George Gillett Jr is a pretty smart businessman, I'm sure it will all get figured out. Maybe I'll have to start rooting for GEM-Petty LOL... Roger Penske apparently lost quite a bit of money this year... perhaps half of his former assets. I think it's just a bad time to be American these days.

And I really don't believe that this is the end of all the craziness. B.A.R. was right, it's just getting started.

true, this is going to get ugly, 1988 ugly...Gillette just took out a 75 million dollar personal loan, and put the Habs up as collateral and is selling his stake in liverpool...I really don't know if this is as much for him as it is petty.
