more on the weather......we went to alanta braves spring training one day, and man it was hot, i had to get out of the sun because it was just so crazy hot in the sun......and just now, 9pm sunday night, i took some stuff down to the car in shorts, t shirt, no socks or shoes, and i don't need them.....temp at the moment, 70 degress nice breeze..........I have a feeling things might be different when we get off the plane tomorrow aft...... 🙁

You might... it warmed up to +8 early in the week, then Friday, Arctic winds literately blew into town - up to 80 Kmph in the GTA and parts of Southern Ontario. It's now in the - 5 to -15 range.

Here in Peterborough, winds gusted up to 120 kmph starting Friday afternoon, increasing overnight, which tore off about a dozen roof shingles and blew out three sections of soffit panels (destroyed). My neighbors steel roof on his barn managed to stay on. Upon inspection earlier today, he's got about 500 fasteners that need to be replaced.

It's nice and clear - right now, almost zero snow on the ground in most regions south of Barrie. I just wouldn't wear shorts on the plane ride home....

I wouldn't count on the NFL moving to 18 games...in fact there's a good chance they won't even have a season this time around.
