To clarify things, the license if for NASCAR US and NASCAR Canada.  The products would be sold both in the US and Canada.  I do not work for BDI but the name of the company will remain anonomous since there is no reason to release that information until I can convince the company to sign the contracts.

I'm actually also trying another line similar to your suggestion.  I've also contacted a local track and am trying to see if they would be interested in doing something like a track sticker. 

I would buy them in a heartbeat.  We don't get that much of nascar stuff here in canada so it would be awsome to get the strickers.
