That particular Hendrick car/team has been bad for some time now. I fully believ if JR. had taken the crew chief Martin has now we wouldn't be taking about how bad he's been. Everyone you talk to says if you miss the set-up by just a hair your in for a long day. the 48 team seem to have figured out adjustments very well. I think Hendrick's resources are a little thin what with 4 of their own cars, plus the Stewart/Haas deal. I also believe that's why all the new resources are on the 88 pit box, if they can't help JR. win then it must be the guy behind the wheel and he will be replaced but i think he'll be okay. Lets be honest he has made some huge boneheaded moves this year and i think thats because Eury doesn't have the right stuff to set him straight so JR. looses focus. But as a team you can't show up race after race and miss the set-up and not expect a radical change. I have to wonder what the 48 team has found that they aren't sharing even with team mates because that car seems to be the only car that is adjustable.
