well my car was fast as hell until the feature, i was on the outside going into 3, the 27x broke something and shot up into the side of me and sent me headfirst into the wall at the end of the back chute. i hadn't even touched my brakes yet. that was by far the most violent experience i've ever had in a car.... period. went to the hospital, nothing broke just alot pulled, mind you i can't shake this dizziness. any pics or a video of the wreck would be great! car is completely stroked and i will post a pic tomorrow.

I'l just comment a bit as slapdowns report is very thorough
The LM race was a good one...very competitive..but leading was a bad place to be...how many drivers got dumped well they were leading..... Watson,Morgan,Balsom....and I think somebody eles as well.
The TC race was violent...might be the best word for it, glad to hear your ok Jim...because you took a heck of a hit, and the "big one" was maybe the biggest wreck I have ever seen, as the 29 & 69 were arguing over space..both hit the outside wall and basically blocked the whole track...and the 17X came flying in...and just BLASTED right into the 69....I dunno if I have ever seen a car wrecked so bad from once crash as the 69...the front is basicly gone...and the back is completely gone!...I mean theres nothing left, and that wasn't all of it...atleast another 6-8 guys just piled into the wreck...as it looked like a demo derby had just finished off turn-4 as a whole wack of cars were all in a big pile.
The LLM race was a good one...except for the fact it took forever it seemed like...Witty deserved the win IMO....I mean he fought Walters hard for that lead...and they had an amazing battle....at least he was in good sprites.
A lot of people were getting angry with the breaks between races...but I understand all the officials are in titled to take breaks and such...so I would assume that was one of the reason for the delays.
was Finagin(sp?) ever getting it from the fans...specially in the LLM feature...people yelling for him to stay in the stand...and what not...it was too funny, best quote I heard was "Do you know why Finigan took this job?.....he didn't know there was an L in flagstand" LOL
Anyway it was a great weekend...and there isn't much to complain about...thanks to all the staff,drivers,crews,sponsors,fans,mother nature for making it one of the best AC's ever!!
Glad to hear you're ok Jim but I would like to know how our own CRO Charger aka Jim MacDonald the #90 Honda Prelude did this weekend? from what i've read and pics that i've seen sure sounds like it was a little bit of a war zone mid-pack back with wrecks
