Love them or hate them. NASCAR brings money to the table and that is a good thing. NCATS seems to be having a good season.
I hear this a lot NASCAR is buying series just to kill off the Competition. Not the case their is really no compition at their level. They are trying to grown the NASCAR business.
You get to a point where you are on the top and there is not a lot more growth and you look for other things to grow your business. A lot of businesses just raise their prices to grown the business. Grand-Am is just another way for NASCAR to grow the business.
