many thanks 3-Wide ... yeah, it is hard to notice something
dropping down on you like that wheel did to that guy. I admit
that some places in the infield are safer than others. I prefer
to stand near the centre of the inside turns than closer to
the straights. However, having said that, last year at Ohsweken
a mod landed on top of the concrete block that i had been leaning
up against to steady myself while shooting. I did see the
crash developing, so i just stepped back and kept on shooting.
I try (not always successfully) to face the
oncoming traffic, but you cant catch everything with your face
stuffed against a camera. (check it out - www.racepulse.com
