Having it the same weekend the media circus is at the Oscars is stupid. They use to get a bigger crowd when they ran their old date and havent sold out since they moved to 2 races.  Taking races from Darlington, North Wiks and a couple others that they started with will bite them in the arse down the road I hope. Some tracks don't deserve 2 races.

Ya one race is enough at that yawner of a track.  And tell the marketing people to stagger paint the seats in th grand stands. its not like its something new!!

Terrible track, terrible racing. Period. Darlington has amazing racing, heritage, and I am pretty sure sells out every race now. Rockingham has great racing, and would probably sell out one race per year. But no, we need to go to California 3 times a year to try and pry more cash out of the fists of people there. NASCAR makes billions of dollars a year, they don't need to go to Fontana twice a year AND Sears Point. Give the second Fontana date BACK to Darlington and give Darlington's mother's day date to Rockingham. Now you can get three more sellouts.

i think i smell a shake up in the schedule for next year, sue hope so.
