Another decent run for DJ, keep it going!!!!

On a side note, that I'm hoping someone can answer for me.

1.  Anyone find it odd that DJ and JR have 2 points standing spots so if you add their total points they are 10 for JR in the truck series and DJ is 11th in the Nationwide??

2.  Can whoever is doing their points standing not realize the D J Kennington and D.J. Kennington is the same person?  The same goes for J.R. Fitzpatrick and J R Fitzpatrick?

LOL

38 Racing,

Your eyes do not deceive you. Auto Club Speedway has 92,100 seats and I bet that they were not even close to being 50% full for the entire day. California has been hit very hard with the down turn in the economy. The State Budget lost 10B in revenues and they just finally passed an emergency budget there that has the state borrowing, cutting and raising taxes to the tune of 20 Billion dollars.

To say it's ugly out there is probably the understatement of the year.

Doug

That track never sells out... In fact they should just bull doze the place, but then again that's just me. I hate those fricking cookie cutters!  Why do they race there, when tracks like North Wilkesboro, and Rockingham sit idle? Is money the only thing Nascar sees? If so, they sure as hell aren't making much off the hole in California, because I don't even think it rates very high in tv ratings... It's just that boring...  Especially when you know who is going to win it.

The last couple of Cup races at Fontana they only showed the entire stands once or twice during the race so we drones at home couldn't see how many people were not there. Tonights race will tell. One race is enough for that market. Bring it back to Darlington already!!!!
