Heard a funny story about the weekends rules meeting for Mosport. I won't use any names to protect some egos but a banned driver actually offered up his $10,000 boat up if he was allowed to return to racing in 2007. Bassett refused after repeated pleas from said driver. I guess Brian didn't like the profanity, coffee and spit spewed in his face by the drivers family after his disqualification a few seasons back.
