was unable to attend practice last night. what did the car counts look like so far? who was fast?
I was there and the car count was somewhere around 10 lates, 1 osccar, maybe 5-10 thunder and about the same for Mini's.
The Lates seemed to be really choked down by the 2 barrel carb....no real super fast cars.
two barrel carb is all they ran last year. i read somewhere that mchattie put on new tires towards the end and was turning 17.8's thats right about what the cars were running last season is it not?
I believe the only cars that were running 2 barrel were the built and 400 crates. Mchattie did put 4 new tires on but not sure of the times....they did not seem as quick as last year but it was only practice. Mayhew put 4 new tires on and scuffed them for the opening night. It will be interesting to see how many lates actually show every night.
