well put there Jay and we the fans are here to support. My suggestion is to have the banquet and all future driver meeting at the local A&W and we can use the Canadian Tire store parking lots for autograph sessions!!!! I still refuse to give up on this series, its just been that entertaining to watch the races these past couple of seasons.
The difference are in the racing cost $$$$$.
Main event for Camping World are 100-150 Laps.
- 8000$ for the winner means 50-80$ per racelap.
Maint event for NCATS are 250-300 Laps. Means more expensive racing cost $$$.
- 8000$ for the winner means 25-35$ per racelap.
Longer race means more tires, more fuel, more raceparts to change...!!!
And, you MUST consider important travelling for NCATS compare to CAMPING WORLD.
i was looking at the camping world series payouts and other than the big 3 nascar series it appears that the canadian tire series payout is in line with the others or even a bit more..at least by judging from the standings..
don't get me wrong it's peanuts in the grand scheme but i was surprised the camping world series pays squat too
First- You are way off course on my identity.
My initials are A.D. and I have run at Flamborough.
Second- I put up 10 name's of current drivers in the series.
Six of the Ten are moving on.
I know you all hate brain teasers !!
If you would like I will take out Connelly (that one was to easy) and replace him with Doug Brown.
Third- I would have to say that over the last 15 years it has been the same guys always winning and always in the same top ten. Andrew Ranger and JR Fitzpatrick were a huge surprise to everyone, but welcomed by the fans and teams to finally see someone else on the podium.
There is a spin on this and its much bigger news then 6 guys leaving.
We will now have 6 new drivers in the top ten for the first time in years and more then likely 6 new teams coming into the series.
That is the best news for the series in a long time- fresh blood !!
It also helps the teams out that have been around for a long time but have only dreamed of the podium. Drivers like Kent Nunn will have finally have a chance.
Heck- Maybe even Southern Sponsor- Jason White can get a top ten for once !!!
This is not bad news for the series- instead huge news of new teams and winners joining the Nascar Canadian Tire Series.

ah i see what you mean...not even close to the same money. that stinks.
just for the record 21 Jason white has finished in the top ten twice this year , and there are two races to go both are tracks he has been at last year , did he also not finish in the top 10 at the last race last year and Thompson was behind him.
anyhow that said again it is all about sponsors.
Let the sponsors know you use there products go to A&W have a papa burger, go to home hardware buy some paint and one of the sharks, go buy a interstate battery for you car,go get some dickey coveralls, stop buy Canadian tire get a BBQ, the point is if you let the sponsors know you use the products because of there involvement in motorsports,
they all have contacts to send a email to. just say thanks to them It just might help these guys keep and find new sponsors.
