JimH - I agree that the delay before the start of the 75 lap race was a bit excessive and, I think, more than they planned. It was caused by the timing of radio broadcast. If they do that again, hopefully they will do something to fill the time better, e.g., they could have planned to run the Pure Stock race if necessary. They did try to fill the time as best they could. I did find the feed from the live broadcast to be quite entertaining. I hope they do it again.
I'm not sure that that was the smallest field ever for a G3 race or not, Mike. There were a couple of other cars there that didn't make the start. I thought the racing was excellent. From what I heard, the drivers had nothing but positive comments. Maybe a few more will be encouraged to come out.
