Several drivers afterwords who I spoke with claimed the 28 was dropping debris here and there. Not sure if the officials were aware or not. The deal with the 44 and 28 which wrecked half the field was ridiculous. Not sure who wasn't giving but both drivers were taking. Feel bad for the 81 as he got walled there, clearly walled to the damage ending his night and the other 10 cars which were smashed. All because the 44 couldn't take being passed.
Sounds like another black eye on the Ontario LM scene. Like I have said in the MRE thread, we rarely see good fields at the specials and when we do they wreck everything in site. Too many guys with money and no connection between their brain and their right foot. Wasn't there but sounds like I didn't miss much unless I was a fan of wrecks, which I am not.
And BTW, Delly might as well terminate the twitter feed. It was brutal for info. Nothing like Shadows excellent reports. Get well soon Trev, you are sorely missed at the track.
Clint Bowyer was really fast but I hope he never comes back, He brought out the yellow and then he parks his car cuz hes a big baby, WOW super star he is, lol lol Good Job by the other to for sticking it out and by other the other drivers that put on a Ok show. To bad there was so many wrecks cuz there was some good runs by guys but just stupied wrecks that ended there day.
Just my thoughts

Seeing as though I wrote the article I am going to keep my mouth shut about Bowyer CLEARLY SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET SOME CLASS AND NOT BE A BABY
My take on the race was that it was a very enjoyable night of racing with a few too many cautions. The one thing that made me mad was the guys stopping because they wanted yellows... Come on. I feel the track did everything bang on last night from the restarts to calling even black flags. Kudos to them for a successful night. Everything wrong that happened was on the drivers end haha.
Overall I had a good night and had lots of fun.
Well, I think the side-by-side comparison is pretty obvious and funny:
Michael Waltrip: generally had a blast... grew up around NASCAR, used to 40 car pileups at the only racing he was ever good at: plate racing.
Clint Bowyer: grew up around dirt late models, and did very well in them, where cautions for wrecks are rare and there's almost never car-to-car contact.
So, yeah, if I was Bowyer, I'd be pretty pissed too I flew up here, for my first (I think?) visit to Canada to race, at the most prestigious, historic short track in Ontario, only to have a giant clusterfuck of a race and get taken out on a straightaway. I'm kind of embarrassed from reading the recap, and I wasn't even there.
On the other hand, it's a Wednesday night exhibition race only for money and bragging rights, and since when are those kind of races squeaky clean?
Who would've bet, prior to the race, that Pastrana would be the only one of the three to finish?
