Should race tracks eliminate king of the Hill due to lack of cages for safety ?

Also very frightening is the fact that they wish to apply the Highway Traffic Act to private property as well. Think about that one. You could theoretically be charged with vehiclular manslaughter for (God forbid) the death of another competitor, speedway staff or a fan.

we would welcome a person of your many talents out here on the range. this bill does sound like something the present ndp government would do but not in an election year thank god.

After reading extracts to Bill 203. I think it is fairly reasonable, (for the most part.) I see nothing wrong with Impounding a vehicle and suspending a licence for 7 days, if the Police have sufficient reason to believe that you were street racing. Infact the only part that I really have a problem with is the "no appeal" clause. I am sure that this is all electioneering, and am sure that it will not pass anyway.

PS. Just for the record, It is not John Tory that has presented this bill. 🙂
