I think both of the Jacobs should be parked for one full year Delaware does not need people like like that at the track especially when there father was talking to the owner of the track and said ( We are not going to take care of this problem on the track they are going to take care of it in the pits) but whatever happens the punishment will not be big enough, cause you have an older man Roger Newman with a broken ankle, but thats just my opinion
