Hey Derek. We couldn't have finished off that night of racing without your help and advise for Darrell. We can't thank-you enough. Would have realyy enjoyed having you move up to pur division but it wasn't to be. We need more teams like yours in the ss division. Our congrats to all the champions as well but especially Kris Lawrence and the BT racing team. Well deserved. Thanks also to our fellow competitiors for another great albiet a little rough season in the Super Stocks. Couldn't ask for abetter bunch of teams to race with. Let's keep growing the division back to 24 cars again. Itruly believe we have the most competitive divsion in ontario but i am a little biased. Thanks as well to the delaware officials and owner for giving us the opportunity to enjoy our passion thru the summer. See yas at the banquet.

Great job all year shadow , i love to read i dont normally post but on another note you posted the #00 in the trucks had got a flat and is why he lost first place in fact it was the #56 that had got into him and in turn is how he had got the flat i also thought the spinner spinnee rule was in affect but i guess not in this case my thoughts only from what i had watched go on .

As far as the 00-56 deal, I only caught it out of the corner of my eye, but upon an informal poll of all the people around me, we all thought the tire blew first.
Either or. the black flag was definitely in its holster for most of the evening....the Lidster people have a pretty good point about that. (unless you count black flagging the entire field ;))
I suppose, right or wrong, that Fri night was basically like the ref putting the whistle in his pocket in the last 5 mins of a tie hockey game.
As far as a tightening of issues....heh - where do you start?

Any change will bring some who are happy, and others who like this year will wine. Although i did not attend one race this season the main area of concern here on CRO was an apparent lack of Constancy and that will kill any sport... be t correct or not one has to be consistant! The man in charge up in the tower is the one who calls the shots, what he See's and does effects the entire program, month, and season.. Maybe that is where the change should start?
