I agree Shadow, the rule for 57 years has been, accident cars go to the back. The point I was trying to make is consistency. Dan Delisle and Jon Urlin, this year have spun/nearly spun, cause a caution flag and remained in their spot upon the restart.
As for the Courtesy Lap, perhaps it will be understood better by us fans on the hill, if it were a written rule, rather then an unwritten rule.
