Notice: All race events at Delaware Speedway Opening Night (Friday, May 6, 2011) are ON AS SCHEDULED. Track is drying up and drivers are preparing for practice.
Spectator gates are open. 60th season of racing starts at 8:00 pm.
Looks like they're gonna get the night in.. Just got report that JR Fitzpatrick won the Super Stock feature.. Barrie's Gord Shepherd was 2nd in his LM heat... That's all I got so far..

14 JR won the SS feature
and a shortened LM feature (20 laps) was won by the 81 car of Gresel
heat winners should start at the back for features.....boring to watch fast cars just take off ,invert the heats
