Did Delaware leave themselves the option to allow CASCAR-style late models back again for 2007, or did I read it wrong?

Looks like thats the case. Really, it'd be silly to disallow them unless they had some kind of huge advantage.
Going by this past year, that doesn't seem to be the case.
