Partsource 142 Results and photos Thread. (COMPLETE Shadow Report now in)

The last time i checked you have to have the car take the checkered not be in the pit  thats a load of bull not 77 falt but the tracks and the way they screw everybody. 
but please don't tell me about the track surface its junk already the new stuff is as wavy as water.

I stand to be corrected but in scoring on a cation it goes back to the last loop the entire field picked up...

If the 77 was in second at that time it does not matter what happened after that..

I was talking to one of the guys that was on the crew that did the paving and apparently the problem is what's "UNDER" the new stuff. I guess the base is a little soft. Asphalt is only as good as what's under it. They should keep the heavy stuff off the racing surface it doesn't do anything good for it.

tell that to mark martin when he pulled down pit lane with out going by the finish line on a caution and lost the race

last night was a bit puzzling on a number of issues. Why not run the 142 between the other two features? This way if you run out of time the SS could run a double next week. Chopping their race and the 142 just seems wrong. The LM's got three features in, a 40 lapper a 25 lapper? and a 42 lapper. Personally I cant stand these double and triple races all in one run. If you have any trouble in the first or second you are screwed for points. However I guess its the same for everyone. On lap 62 I think it was, the officiall goes down the row of spotters and tells us all the break is coming on lap 75. It wasnt two laps after telling my driver this that we had yet another yellow and then yet another. What do they expect these guys to do when you tell them the race is getting cut in half, better yet 12 laps from now. Hammer down is what.! I wish I had the answers on how to fix this curfue issue we keep coming up against this year. It seems if its not the weather man its the timed race thing. Boo.
I have always thought of the DS safety crew as one of the best in the business and still do, but what the hell the better part of 45 minutes to remove two cars off the front stretch wall.
Just my half a cent.

Directing comments specifically at other posters, with regards to rules, tech etc is stepping very close to the line. That's what the PM button is for. Consider this whole dispute a closed matter please.

If you have a further problem, either take it up with the track or take it up personally with the parties involved. This isn't the place for it.
