Howdy all. Back around Labor Day I was in the neighborhood and thought this might be cute.
Most of us know that the old Nilestown Speedway surface still exists, and this day I was driving past and decided to go have a look. Just on a whim I whipped out my cellphone and took a video as I was driving around the grounds.
I don't think it'll be up for any academy nominations, but if you ever wondered what's left of the old place...well here it is.
(For those of you not from around here, Nilestown is a little town just east of London, and the track operated from the late 50s to about 1975. Nilestown and Delaware worked together to a degree back in the day, and a lot of local guys ran both.)

oh cool, I've been by here a bunch of times, never realized that's where the track used to be!

Thanks Trev... Thats where I grew up my mom worked the hotdog stand (thats why I have this Belly) But never got 2 run a lap there (oh wait I did a few when no one was lookin) Woo Hoo !!! Watched em go 3 wide in supers AWESOME Thanks for the memories !!!! :-*
Oh forgot 2 say I think my uncle was the last owner 1975 :'(
