We have spoken with a few officials about renting the track for a day. This entails four hours of run time, safety crew, and race med. We would like to have four cars total. This is not a race situation, this is a practice, test and tune for the cars. We figure rotating a little solo time in there for everyone, would work out great. I have a three crew members, who are unwilling to take the car out during regular practice sessions.

You do not get a safety crew or race med.
One car on the track at a time is the rule.
Unless you have an experienced driver that is showing a rookie the line or the feeling of running side by side. But that is by track permission only.
Agree, we wanted race med though, and asked for it.
I'm thinking of maybe this Wednesday or Thursday? I"m gunna try and get J.R Fitzpatrick out to test our car 😮
