Its easy to stick your foot ub your mouth all you have to do is speak up before engineering and thames river valley conservation approval. There is a lot involved in any real undertaking so until everything is ready it would be asking for a misstep to happen

when they cancelled the order for the new jet dryer after booking Montoya for the showdown, they freed up some cash. I guess they figured heck, we might as well fix 3 & 4. The guys seem to complain about it the most....

Step in the right direction imo. I'll give up a few iffy weather weeks for some track improvements for sure.
