I don't think it matters, to be honest. You know how many women ran enduro last year? One. Even if they improve a TON, unless they're running nitrous and a Hemi this year they won't win.

PS: The bit about the Charter was hilarious because it made zero sense.

I don't know who you are slapdown but i think I like you.
Great comments.
We have a female ready to go that can win that race on the 26th if someone has a decent car to put under her. Owner can keep the winnings.
11 years of excitement and yes Delaware experience as well as all of the others.
Hit me up here if you know any takers.

The Charter does not apply in this case Pinecrest! The charter is there for us citizens to be protected from our government and related government agencies. Is a race track a government agency?? I think not! do a little more reading on why the Charter was put into law in the first place. You will be amazed. Not that I would know because I am just a law school graduate! But really, why would you care. I think it's just something to get more women involved in the sport of racing.

As for a lawsuit being sucessful, I highly doubt it is worth the time. A judge would probably laugh and throw it out at first glance. Instead of taking the time to complain about this, maybe you should use your time more efficientfly and do a little law research before throwing out this sort of rubbish. It doesn't make you look very sophisticated.

the charter applies to all not just government
