as a rule that is correct but anyone at anytime can envoke the charter, all they need is the ability to find a court to hear them.

Assuming it falls under the jurisdiction of the court, yes. This case, however, does not.

Once again I say that this is NOT violating the law. Even if it was, I think the human rights commission would have bigger fish to fry

Comparison of men’s prize money versus women’s prize money.

Men's McCains' Skins Curling $105,000.00 vs. $85,000.00 Women's JVC Skins Curling
Men's Samsung Golf Championships $150,000.00 vs. $50,000.00 Women's Whirlpool Golf Championships
Men's Master Series Tennis $2,450,000.00 vs. $1,080,000.00 Women's duMaurier Open Tennis
Men's PGA Bell Canadian Open $3,100,000.00 vs. $1,200,000.00 Women's LPGA duMaurier Classic
Men's Cycling Canadian Cup Series $1,805.00 vs. $1,045.00 Women's Cycling Canadian Cup Series
Men's Canadian 8-ball Billiards $7,200.00 vs. $3,550.00 Women's Canadian 8-ball Billiards

I rest my case.

This just in: Delaware management has decided to sweeten the deal once again. In addition to the 500 dollar bonus if a female driver wins a Transmission Direct Enduro, they will also sweeten the pot an EXTRA $500 if said female driver is also a one legged lesbian. This will be known as the Pinecrest Bonus Prize, and will include a single gold-plated driving shoe as a trophy.

I'm thinking legal action..I'm telling ya.

There may be some action to take if they kept the same purse as stands from last year and gave that to a female driver if she could win. Then they lowered the prize money for a male. But by leaving the prize money the same for a male, where the hell is the complaint? Are you guys just afraid that a female may be better then you? Who cares. Besides grass roots racing is never about the prize money anyways. It's about going out there every week and competing and having fun while doing it! Let's see your law degree Mr. Pinecrest you smarty pants
