I'm rather impressed with the way he's progressed this season, and I was just wondering if the delaware diehards could fill me in on what class he started in

Go-karts and Infinity Pro Series, if I recall correctly...

Yeah...I'm pretty sure he was in the Indy Lights program for a few years, although I can't say for sure. The Urlin name has been around Delaware for a long time though. Father Russ was a long time campaigner in Limiteds in the 70s, Super Late Models later, as well as a pretty good stint in the ASA once SLM racing dried up around here.
So...he comes by it honestly. He's improved a lot this year, but has been guilty of a number of rookie mistakes too.
Watch out next year though.
