On another note from Friday night, as a 10yr driving veteran of DSP and been goin' since I was a baby, could someone please help the 74 SS!

I hate to be critical of anyone trying, especially a 75 year old but he was the cause of most of the carnage and $$ that will be spent this week in the SS division. Starting him up front for the feature was just asking for trouble which there was! If you can't hold your line by even a 1/2 car in the corners, you're going to cause problems. The 74 moved up a lane and a half everytime he entered a turn and it ended up causing a ton of issue's.

I don't know if this subject has been beat to death but he might as well be driving a plow because that's what his car acts like! I don't know if it's his driivng or set-up but the SS guys need to get together in the spirit of "not being taken out by the 74" and help him if he's going to continue. Action is action and excitement is excitement but I'm afraid he's going to get dumped or cause someone to get hurt or so mad they do something they might regret!

Live and let live but somebody needs to help that guy!

Its not a setup probem Truckracer. It's vision. In daylight the 74 is good if following someone into a corner. If entering alone, most likely to miss the braking point. As soone as the sun goes down and the lights come on theres never 3 corners the same in a row.

Just a historical note on the crash that involved Paul Gilgan, my boss Bill Mitchell was driving a car in that race.  Bill said he remembered never seeing a car launch like that.  Paul actually asked Bill if he could run his car to keep his points going for rookie of the year.
