Not all concrete, energy absorbing safer barrier in the high impact areas from corner entry to past the exit. To me sending a fast moving race car up into the air just doesn't work out right. Call me crazy. ??? Sadler's was scary huge big, I hope he kisseds his Hans after that one. WOW!

On a lighter note. Proof I have been around the race track toooo long. The pictures of the late model stuck thru the old fence. The official on site is yours truly. Thanks for reminding me Shadow.

A perpendicular wall would of caused serious injury or death. (Kenny Irwin and Adam Petty were killed by such an impact in the early 2000's)

yes but enduro 5oh back then they didn't have the safety devices they have now technoligy has come along way since 2000. look at scotts wreck i still think they only thing that saved him a trip to the hospital was his hans device. if and this is a big if delaware changed there walls they will have to make hans devices  mandatory(exc enduro chaos) IMO
