can find a truck easy for 3000-5000 and run mid pack np with track time and the right setup

I just want to get into a division that I can run in to get seat time, learn how to work on the cars and make their setups better, also learn how to drive the track as to how the car will react to different lines and that sort of thing....
Anyone know how much firesuit, boots, gloves, helmet, neck brace, would all cost in total??
