Looks like it's being rolled out just in time for the Throne King's of the Hill this Friday! ;D
Heh...wonder if anyone will rack their car up as bad as that guy did last time in turn 3. Should make for fun video.
I was there for that one, sitting in the top row beside the stairs he ran up, i could have stuck out a leg and tripped him if it wasn't for the fact that i was in shock. What a waste of a nice TA. He might have gotten away with stealing that car if for a couple of minor things: 4000-5000 wide eyed fans, and TV coverage.
Greasemonkey.

Oh yeah. I was there too...sorta. Back then I wan't so enamored of the King of the Hill thing, and left just as it was starting. I remember kicking myself repeatedly after hearing about it on the news the next day.
The event I was referring to was the last King of the Hill, just a few weeks ago. A guy piled his car big time into the turn 3 wall. The kicker was, they weren't even racing...he was just doing some hot-dogging as they were coming down to the start line to line up.
Unfortunately, rumor has it that the cameras were on the race that was just finishing at the time of the incident.
It was the first run of the night. Camera was turned towards the driver waiting for his competition that did not make it to the front stetch... That is without the help of Bert's Towing.
The camera seems to do a pretty good just catching most of the action, especially given that its a single operator. You miss the odd one here and there, just the same as you do as a single spectator, but the big ones usually get caught.
