I agree I wish more time was spent in 3 and 4 for that same reason restarts and so on.
Just watch when the guys get just alittle out of the grove in 3 and 4 they go for a ride way high and have to wait for the car to grab before they can get back in the gas.
If they go in 3 alittle hard up they go and that is because they missed the syrup and away they go.
I watched it happen 3 times I can name friday night and probably many more.

From the sprint car/supermodified perspective, there is much less of a concern about whether the track has 2 grooves or not, and a lot more of a concern about the bumps in the track surface...Delaware breaks more rear ends and other drivetrain parts than any other track on the ISMA or AVSS circuits.
