Way to go Delaware! Dad reports it was a great night of racing with a huge crowd. We have had Bob in our thoughts and prayers this summer. At Barrie tonight the 19 kdm Racesports crew will be wearing Racing For Bob t-shirts.

I have to second that way to go delaware! the place was packed with a lot of people that were first timers and people that hadn't been in years, hopefully we can keep them coming back.
Great job by Delaware in their 2for 1 Fan Apreciation Night but it was to bad they did not do this when the LM ran.This would of gave the fans a taste of what the APC Late Models were all about and what they would see on that day(APC300).Remember fans like the word FREE and that is what last night was.Reason for the big crowd was free addmission for one.Will they see crowds like that for the rest of the year for everybody involved (hope so) but with addmission prices for the APC Race ($30.00 Adult ),Biderman Classic ($22.00 adult) & ISMA ($39.00 Adult ) I would say it will be tough as money is not as easy to spend as in years past.Again congrats on last night.
I wonder if something like that would work to get crowds in April or May...
Good suggestion Mobil if this would work in April or May there is no reason why not as I said fans like the word FREE and a 2 for 1 is what fans want.I think there are a couple of Dirt tracks (Brighton & Merrittville -could be wrong on that one) that hold more than 2 for 1 nights a year.Also there are tracks South of the border who do this alot.Maybe Delaware should look at at least 3 nights a year of this type of event.Remember get the fans in whether it is 2for 1 or a regular night.Once the fan is in concessions & souvinors sales will taken care of the FREE admission for that one person.
I went last night and just got home. It was a great show especially for the money, BUT their was only 9 races total. 2 Heats in each Division times 3 Divisions, and than on to their Features. I figured they were running inverted heats but they didn't? So each car ran 1 heat and than their Feature. Nice facility though. Get Well Bob.
