so if a car makes it thru tech that requires changes,, did it get paid for the win?? usually a  a top running car that starts on pole has a pretty good chance on winning  .. It also happend in the SS class sat night at sunset..
So did delaware switch to double file restarts after a caution ??..
Flamboro did this year and it makes for better racing !!

The car is legal just with some minor changes that will need to be done same as every other year

Post Race Technical Inspection Note:

Following post race technical inspection on Friday May 6, 2011 car 14 in the Dynamic Fluids Super Stock division was found to be in violation of the following rules:

1. Non approved front and rear suspension components.
2. Exhaust system not conforming.

As a result of these infractions the team was assessed a monetary fine as well as a loss of both 25 owners and 25 drivers championship points.

What those are minor!!! LOL
