At this point, its up to each persons ISP and their DNS servers. Not all ISP's update their DNS data at the same frequency.

then it's your ISP. ask them how often they update there DNS Servers and tell them the issue you are having and they might update them. Some do it daily, weekly and I have heard some do it monthly.

That works for me, but that's a work around.
