I had the problem as well I used the modem it cleared it up and a few other items as well. Actually it is good practice to unplug the modem now and again anyway can clear up prolems. Thanks Sunny for the info it's too bad this advice was not given at the link earlier on.

Signed on yesterday, didn't work for me. Signed on today, and the site works. I like when things fix themselves  ;D
