I don't even like the idea of a break out time, but I do feel it is inevitable. I do believe high 23's are fair. It's slower then SS, and not hard to obtain 24's in pretty much any chassis.

I would also like to add the fastest car was low 22's, that's nuts without some bars up front in my opinion.

The magic number should be 23.6 .........or 5,500 Rev chip,,
You want the car count then why not !!!!

Speaking as one of the slower cars last year, fastest time about 24.5!
The fact that there are cars that are alot faster then me, gives me something to work towards, its racing! to give us a time limit is stupid IMO.
The biggest part of racing to me, is the build we all speed hundreds of hours working on our cars, and very few hours driving them! turn a circle track car into a bracket car, " ok well the my car is ready for the next race, opps went to fast, go get a smaller chip, there now what do i do for the rest of the month!!!
again IMO..
i dont know how long i could do that with out getting really bored

So to throw an idea out there how about a new class (THUNDER STOCK) for the V8's and limit enduro to 6 or 4
with no racing mods, 500 dollar cars, there would be a ton of bent steel on the track!
i have had this conversation with a few of the drivers and all seem to like it, so i thought i would throw this out there and see what you all think!!!

too many divisions as it is, there's only so many driver's to go around, get the enduros under control and get the car counts up IMO
