Gresel, jacobs, box, Watson, Thompson, hooker, Eliot
That is a shame to loose not only the cars, but great racers and racing families.
Seems like the year was a disappointment and one of inconsistent rulings.. ?
Ok here's the deal $3500 for my Camaro, you bring cash and I will throw in a Saginaw 4 speed complete with shifter, Holley Dorton carb, and a DAVIS UNIFIED IGNTION, you will get headers and I have some of the bolt ons you will need. Water pump etc. Seriously good deal. Cars was faast last time on the track and multiple winner. The car has had the Delaware updates to keep it current...unless the rules have been changed....good piece...loads of spare arts
I very clearly remember Elliot saying he is 100% for sure returning next year so I do believe until we get some credible sources that list is not reliable no offence.
there will be a one extra part time LM~ for sure
Talk is cheap right now, but I have heard right from a couple of those horse's mouths that they likely won't return. And you know what? That's ok.
What's funny to me is that, with the weight penalties given out this season, its been apparent to anyone with a brain that the track is trying to steer the LM division towards more affordable power plants. I don't know if these guys just don't get it or what the deal is.
No surprise that most of those guys mentioned above are the fast guys...if they leave, that leaves a few other drivers (ones that have actually gotten with program) to fill their shoes.
I just hope management has the stones to stay the course and finish the task of undoing the damage done by the OLD management.
