Oh yeah yetti the mistake I made beat the "professionally" built cars many times...at Delaware and yes flammy too...You build what ever or buy whatever you want, but just remember you can't buy talent to drive it. That my friend comes from dedication perseverance.
Hey why not use crown vic frames lol lots around.....Zooom Zooom
Well now you can have a McColl thunder chassis for 3,000.00....put your crate, standard, balanced shaft, and floater in for a total of around 10,000.00, and all you have left to do is a minor:
Tin kit, guages, wiring, seat, belts, net, fuel cell and plumbing, 4 springs, 4 shocks, brake parts and lines, 4 tires, 4 rims, full body, steering system, bumper bars n braces, radiator, carb, power steering unit, roll bar padding, rivits, paint.....
And boom! Your ready to hit the track in your un-setup thundercar, and score your first 15th place finnish, and take home your 95.00 payout. ::) ....that should put a dent in your 25,000.00 investment. 😀
And just think, if your good enough to win the championship, youl be lucky enough to sell your car for a whopping 11,000.00 if you can find somebody, who just won the lottery.
What about a truck and trailer?
Maybe Joe Fontana has some advice on how to pay for this 😉
