Rule books were delayed last week due to the snowstorm. They are to be out this Friday.
Why would a snowstorm delay a rule book?
There was a post on the website that they needed at least one more meeting of minds before they released them.
I would imagine they might be having an issue with the weather.
I'd relax, just incase things dont let up, out west of town.

Why is it that racers always blame someone else, it happens from cup on down, and no one accepts responsibilty for there own actions??
I really can't imagine that Sid( whoever he is) has that much power over the track and or it's employees... or they would have called it Sidsville by now!
