Bill Davis Racing will replace Jacques Villeneuve with Mike Skinner and Johnny Benson on a rotating basis in the #27 Cup car starting with the next race at California . I hope this deters other ride buyers from entering the sport and ruining it like they did open wheel racing .

yeah lets ridicule someone who has won the Indy 500, the f-1 world championship, and the last unified open wheel championship, also whose family has given everything to this sport including life. the short coming here was not JV it was imnsho the fact that bdr could not get sponsorship and secondly no Canadian company has yet figured out that supporting any of the Canadians in nascar would be the right thing to do. sleepy when was your last attempt made to qualify for a nascar race please enlighten us poor wretches.

I was a huge fan of his dad but really, jv doesnt have much of a personality.....its hard to find marketing partners when you dont show emotion on camera. look at patrick on camera...he shows emotion and he will be successful in the marketing department, and i bet he wont burn off his tires in 10laps next time lol. (these cars are heavy ) . i thought jv would have been the biggest ride buyer ever but i guess he is smarter than i thought, he definetly has enough money to buy rides. he should go to the trucks and stay there for a while.
actually it looks like he is going to the alms for at least one race in the Peugeot
