Well with the rain again tomorrow....guess we'll all be watching the cup race...

First off...I must say how cool the track looks with the white/red walls.... and with the southern 500 name back....how old school does this weekend feel?  🙂

Has anybody eles noticed how many incidents there has been in practice?  typical Darlington to have guys hitting the wall and such in practise...and usaly by race time a lot have figured out the handling but this seems worse then normal....

First Practise had.....

#66-Spun off Turn-4
#00-Spun off Turn-2 hit the inside wall
#14,#77,#55,#25,#12,#9,#41-all hit the wall.

2nd Practise.....

#77-Spun off Turn-4
#33,#11,#13,#16,#44,#47,#96,#82-all hit the wall.

Qualifying...
#48-Spun in turn-2 hit the outside & inside wall
#11,#98,#43 all hit the wall

and N'Wide Practise...

#33,#38,#15,#09,#31,#99,#27,#34,#81,#62,#11...all experienced some kind of issues.

maybe the "Lady in Black" has finally woken up? ....it's been a night race for a few years...maybe she just now realized....haha 😀
