Lange and Fetter Ford Eve of Destruction this Sunday

BRIGHTON – Brighton Speedway’s annual Lange and Fetter Ford Eve of Destruction is set for this Sunday. An afternoon full of crashes, destruction, and speed is sure to excite during the family friendly environment.

The Hotch’s Auto Parts 100-lap Monster Enduro will headline the event. The race is the only endure race of the season at Brighton and is expected to be a big draw in Brighton.

Also on tap is the second and final race of the season for the Workman’s OK Tire and Auto Repair School Bus Races. The buses, which were 17 strong on June 7, provide stop sign- to-stop sign entertainment for the entire family.

The Brighton Recycling demolition derby is also sure to see plenty of vehicles wrecked and destroyed. You average destruction derby is going to be bigger and better than ever.

The Junior’s Race, Ladies’ Race, Gauntlet, Flag Pole Race, and Trailer Race are also set to put on an impressive show of tough competition and crashes. The Trailer Race, which last year featured CBC’s Rick Mercer, will once again be one-of-a-kind action on the oval.

Spectator admission for the Lange and Fetter Ford Eve of Destruction is just $12 for adults, $10 for youths and seniors, and $3 for children aged 7-12. A $35 family pass provides admission for two adults, two children under 16 and a family size popcorn.

Destruction starts at 1:00pm and spectator gates are set to open at 11:30am.
