I agree with those views...but it would stop all of the talk fo sandbagging...

if you start "forcing" people to move up, all you're going to is force them to quit racing or force them to move to another track
if the moneys not there, it's not there...regardless of how much the track pushes them to move up
I agree with the exception of the mini stock class where the champion should be made to move up . Championship winning mini stocks are going for $ 4000 to $ 7000 which will buy you a very competitive thunder car at most tracks . Having some guy hang around the mini stock class for several years racking up championships serves no purpose other then to stoke someones ego .

up until a little while ago i was convinced such a rule was in place at barrie, and i really admired them for it
