What was the big announcement about Barrie Speedway and OSS?

They talked about their assciation with NASCAR, and how they have the two NCATS races. They also talked about their program going on Rogers, and how they're looking to sell it to other Rogers local stations in SW Ontario. Oh yeah, they're also having 2 OSS dates, including their season finale.
And thats about how it went...

That's preety sweet...except for the lot of us that have Bell. 🙁
