Dave, you have NO CHOICE but to change gears to run KD, its not like going to Peterborough where you can run your Barrie gears and just gain 300 or 400 rpm.  At KD you gain like 1500 rpm, youd blow your motor half way down the straightaway.

Id also like to know how many current Barrie guys will be at Barrie next year anyways to run that series?  I seen Doucette44,
Hallyburton14, and Archibald6 at the Sunset meeting a few weeks ago.  Not to metion Ron Mace the head wrench for St.Onge00.  And Belesky12 is out of thundercar if rumor is correct.

( However, if the new track at Sunset turns out to be the same gear as KD, I will register at Barrie so I can run that series, im sure I wouldnt be the only one, hehe. 🙂

We have not made a decision one way of the other Charlie, we were there to see what was going on and make a few suggestions with regards to rules we would like to see. I think we are leaning one way at the moment but we won't decided until xmas.

Sorry Blkglagagain but Dave did change the gears to run at Kawartha. We had to in order to be competitive there.

No worries what so ever EXTREME in fact thanks for clarifying.. As I said what do I know!!LOL But almost positive that Reyns ran the Kawartha gears at Barrie, maybe someone in the know can clarify that one for us too...I'd be interested to find out..

I think that I will be at Barrie next year.
